  2. High-Level Offer
    • You share key financials (P&L, balance sheet)
    • We provide a non-binding indicative offer (LOI)
  3. Due Diligence
    • In-depth checks across:
    • Financial (books, tax, debt)
    • Legal (contracts, IP, employees)
    • Commercial (customers, suppliers)
    • Typically takes 4–8 weeks
  1. Final Agreement
    • Negotiation of purchase agreement, terms, earn-out, transition
    • Lawyers draft and finalise all contracts
  2. Completion (Closing)
    • Final documents signed, funds transferred
    • Buyer takes control, seller may stay on temporarily
  3. Post-Deal Transition
    • Smooth handover of staff, systems, relationships
    • Seller may step back gradually, if agreed
